This notice explains how Experience DJs uses information collected through expdjs.com and its inquiry process.
When you contact us
When you submit an inquiry, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, event date, location, and message. We use it to respond, check availability, prepare proposals, and manage your event relationship. Our inquiry and business-management tools include Zapier and HoneyBook. Please do not include payment-card details, account passwords, or other sensitive information in an inquiry message.
Website analytics
With your Performance and Analytics cookie choice enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand traffic sources, page visits, repeat visits, and engagement with website content, including video playback. Browser identifiers and campaign information can be connected to an inquiry you submit and its business records so we can understand which sources lead to inquiries and bookings. We use Google Cloud and reporting tools to combine this information. Our custom analytics events are designed not to include your name, email address, phone number, or inquiry message.
Optional advertising measurement
Where advertising tracking is enabled, and you allow both Performance and Analytics and Advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel can share browser and device information, page URLs, and events such as page visits and inquiry submissions with Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. Meta may use this information for advertising measurement and personalized advertising. We may use permitted website activity and inquiry progress to build relevant audiences and reduce advertising to people who have already signed or booked. Audience updates are not instantaneous.
Our website advertising setup does not enable automatic matching of form names, email addresses, or phone numbers. Submitting an inquiry is not the same as choosing to allow advertising cookies.
Your cookie choices
Use Manage cookies on the cookie banner or the site's cookie-preferences control to allow or decline Performance and Analytics and Advertising cookies separately. You can still submit an inquiry when optional tracking is declined. Necessary cookies support website operation and remember your choices. Changing optional cookie settings affects future tracking in that browser; it does not automatically delete information already submitted in an inquiry or erase data already received by a provider.
Cookie choices are browser- and device-specific. Clearing cookies or changing browsers may require making your choices again. Our custom Meta tracking also stays off when it detects Global Privacy Control or a Do Not Track preference. You can manage advertising preferences through the relevant advertising platform as well.
Service providers and embedded content
Squarespace hosts this website. Zapier and HoneyBook support inquiry handling and customer workflows. Google services support analytics and reporting. Optional advertising tools may involve Meta. Embedded media and links, including YouTube and SoundCloud, are provided by third parties and may involve their own data processing when loaded or used. Their policies explain their practices:
